He is survived by: his wife Frances Escamilla; his children, Carlos Escamilla (Imelda), Antonio Escamilla, Jr. and Belinda Zamora, Sr. (Antonio); his grandchildren, Ovidio Escamilla, Jr. (Elisa), Ashley Vargas (Martin), Jennifer Escamilla, Monique Pasamonte (Richard), Vanessa Park (Brad), Lora Clarissa Pena of Antonio, Zamora, Jr., Ileen Lopez (Colton), Antonio "Tony" Escamilla, III (Veronica Tapia) and Erika Garcia (Justin); his sisters, Maria Gonzalez (Teodoro), Paula Canales (Adan) and Magdalena "Maggie" Escamilla; and his sisters-in-law, Sylvana Aguilar (Armando), Elaine Blanco, Hilda Estrada, Martha Villegas, Dolores "Janie" Villegas and Cristina Canas. He is also survived by numerous cousins, nieces, nephews, and dear friends.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, March 26th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Trevino Funeral Home-Alice (120 E Front St, Alice, TX 78332). A rosary was held on Wednesday, March 26th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location. A Mass of Christian burial was held on Wednesday, March 26th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the St. Joseph Catholic Church (801 S Reynolds St, Alice, TX 78332). A burial was held on Wednesday, March 26th 2025 at 2:30 PM at the Roberson - Collins Memorial Cemetery.
