He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Harvard and Pat Harvard. He is survived by: his wife Karen; his children, Cory Harvard of Austin and Caroline Harvard Hopkins of Modesto; his sister Julie Harvard Felder of Angleton; and his sister-in-law Linda Harvard of Houston, Texas..
