We are sad to announce that on April 26, 2023, at the age of 82, Sandra L Faires of Aledo, Texas, born in Beaumont, Texas passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Fred McIlhaney and Jerrye McIlhaney; her husband Lynn; and her son Kevin. She is survived by: her daughters, Renae Taggart (John Williams) of Lubbock, Leslee Lewis (Patrick) of Aledo, Amy Skipper (Matt) of Aledo and Meg Faires of Colorado; and her grandchildren, Parker Taggart (Aubrey), Price Taggart (Caroline), Lauren Hutson and Carter Lewis.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made, in Mimi's honor, to SPCA of Texas.
