It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Joel Robert Keeter of Aledo, Texas, born in Jacksonville, Florida, who passed away on October 21, 2021, at the age of 68, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents, Robert Keeter and Evestus Keeter. He is survived by : his wife Tedda; his children, Trent Kelley (Christina), Ryan Kelley and Reagan Kelley (Jenifer); his grandchildren, Caitlin, Hannah, Christian, Sam, Gracie, Ella, Caleb and Krew; and his siblings, Harold Keeter, Bobby Keeter, Jerry Keeter and Cheryl Parker. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
