She was predeceased by: her parents, Harvey Linthicum and Juanita Linthicum (Young); her husband E. H. Ames, Jr.; and her siblings, Bobby, Faye Jean and Patricia Linthicum.
She is survived by: her daughters, Kathy Pettit of Weatherford and Cheryl West (Dan) of Bedford, Texas; and her sister Margie Allbritton of Weatherford, Texas.. She is also survived by six grandchildren; fourteen great-grandchildren.
