He was predeceased by: his parents, Percy Dake Tucker and Beulah Aline Tucker (Argo); his wife Nancy Elizabeth Tucker (Johnson); his daughter Penny Mullens; his siblings, Anita Edwards and Colonel LaMonte Tucker; his son-in-law Alva Scott; and his grandson Jonathan McClendon.

He is survived by: his daughters, Betty Scott of Aledo, Ellen Cullins (Freddie) of Denton and Carol McClendon (Joe Liberto) of Maryland; his son-in-law Larry Mullens (Mary Beth); and his grandchildren, Brian Scott (Michelle), Melody Freeman (Harry), Cathy Ash (Corey), Andrea Sharples (Jamie), Danny Cullins (Laura), Roger Cullins (Katherine), Chris Cullins (Amy), Rhonda Hills (Harland), Melissa Hawley (Nathan), Melinda Atkinson (Ryan), Miranda Maughan (Josh), Trey Mullens (Jessica), Tucker Mullens (Erin), Megan Shannon (Matthew), Taylor Mullens (Annaleigh) and Trevor Mullens (Emily). He is also survived by 37 great grandchildren, and numerous other relatives and friends.
