She was predeceased by: her husband Samuel Phillips; and her son John Douglas Phillips. She is survived by: her children, Lea Ann Mateo, Danny Phillips and Donald Phillips; and her granddaughter Jennifer Dishman. She is also survived by other family members and dear friends.
