She was predeceased by: her parents, Helmuth Klinksiek and Elsie Klinksiek (Keller); her husband Charles Schmidtzinsky; her daughter Barbara Schmidtzinsky; and her sister Mildred Eckhardt.
She is survived by: her daughters, Geralyn Schmidtzinsky, Sheila Hill and Gail Arnold (Lewis); her grandchildren, Jeffrey Barrow, Jr., Travis Hill, Lee Arnold (Justine), Elizabeth Grimes (Chris), Joseph Arnold and Terrance Nielsen (Kylie); her great grandchildren, Connor Hill, Thorin Nielsen and Hagen Nielsen; her siblings, Clayton Klinksiek, James Klinksiek (Sue), Virginia Smith (Richard) and Marion Ottmers (J. W.); and her sisters-in-law, Louise Martinez (Gilbert), VerNell Martinez (Romero) and Leola Brodbeck. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
