He is survived by: his wife Susanne Massengale of Alba; his sons, Rodney Massengale of Vancouver, Keith Massengale (Alia) of Vancouver and Jason Carlock (Jess) of Rochester Hills, Michigan; his sister Connie Schlabs (Walter) of Scotland, Texas; and his grandsons, Dylan of Vancouver, Washington and Tyson Massengale of Vancouver, Washington. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and many friends.
