It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Glenda Jean McMahen of Alba, Texas, born in Hope, Arkansas, who passed away on November 4, 2023, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Andrew Odowell and Myrth Jean Herring Clark; and her daughter Sheila McMahen. She is survived by: her husband John McMahen of Alba; her daughters, Stefanie Moore (Jason) of Alba and Stacy Steele (Tommy) of DeSoto; her sisters, Cindy Williams (Dwayne) of Bryan and Marilyn Bocan (Dan) of Magnolia, AR; and her grandchildren, Sharla, Christopher, Kati, John Blake, Chloe and Taylor. She is also survived by six great-grandchildren; and numerous other relatives and friends.
