She was predeceased by: her parents, Tolvie Boyce and Kathleen Galyean Evans; her husband Thomas Tinsley; her brother Thomas Edward Evans; and her nephew Glenn Evans.

She is survived by: her sister Bettye Brown (Bob) of Lake Dallas; her nephew Matt Brown (Molly) of Aledo; and her nieces, Allison Fitzgerald of Lewisville and Amanda Brown of Denton. She is also survived by numerous other relatives and friends.

“Boycene was a friend and co-worker at AT&T. We kept in touch on a pretty regular basis and I will miss her! I have many fond memories of her jolly manner and funny stories. Sorry we didn't get to visit before her death. This last year has deprived us all. I will continue to pray for her and her family, who she loved so much.
