He was predeceased by: his parents, John Kelly and Lena Elizabeth Parker Sears; his sister Barbara Graem; and his siblings-in-law, Melvin Graem, Robert Gayler and Elaine Sears.
He is survived by: his spouse Billie Jean Gilbert; his sons, Michael Sears (Kimberly) of New Boston and Dwayne Sears (Danette) of Sulphur Springs; and his siblings, Bobby Jack Sears of Marble Falls, Tommy Kelly Sears (Becky) of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma and Betty Gayler of Nacogdoches. He is also survived by nine grandchildren; thirteen great-grandchildren; and numerous other relatives and friends.
