He is survived by: his wife Linda Rosalie Garcia Vance; his siblings, Carolyn Cook Landrum, Diane Vance Tomlin and Richard Erwin Vance (Bud); and his friend John Marr. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.
