She is survived by: her husband Humberto "Bob" Acosta; her sons, Robert "Bobby" Acosta (Marsha), Edward "Eddie" Acosta (Maricruz) and Christopher Acosta; and her siblings, Saul Osuna, Humberto Osuna, Mario Osuna, Maria Ramirez and Guadalupe Osuna. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren.
Her kindness, charity, and unconditional acceptance deeply influenced her children.
