He is survived by: his parents, Everett E. and Carlina Moulden (Gomez); his spouse Patricia Galene Pittenger; his children, Mickeal Moulden, Mark Moulden (Tammy) and Tracy Farmer of O'Fallon, MO; his brother William Moulden (Eula) of Wakarusa, KS; his grandchildren, Jessica Roark (Alex), Jared Moulden, Joshua Moulden, Blake Moulden (Rachel), Audrey Cox (Brian) and Jordan Farmer; his great grandchildren, Maggie Jo, Beau Moulden, Thomas Moulden, Ellis Cox, Cooper Cox and Sebastian Roark; and his siblings, Bobby Moulden (Judy) and Linda Moulden.
