She was predeceased by: her husband Armando Garcia; her parents, Adan Gonzalez and Luisa Gonzalez; and her brother Amando Gonzalez. She is survived by: her children, Rodolfo Garcia (Magdalena), Corina, Luisa Garcia, Criselda Garcia, Mariselda Garcia and Dalia Garcia; and her siblings, Abel Gonzalez (Cruz), Alicia G. Martinez (Filiberto), Ida Vega (Ignacio) and Adelina. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren; nine greatgrandchildren.
Visitation was held on Thursday, January 16th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Memorial Funeral Home - San Juan (311 E Expressway 83, San Juan, TX 78589). A rosary was held on Thursday, January 16th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 6:45 PM at the same location. A funeral service was held on Friday, January 17th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 10:30 AM at the Resurrection Catholic Church (312 N 9th St, Alamo, TX 78516). A burial was held on Friday, January 17th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Val Verde Memorial Gardens (6200 N Val Verde Rd, Donna, TX 78537).
