He was predeceased by: his parents, B. G. Cornelius and Lenora Cornelius (Engelking) of Agua Dulce, TX.; and his brothers, Lawrence, Floyd and Douglas.
He is survived by: his wife Waldeen Hinze of Orange Grove, Texas.; and his children, Sheri Lara (Paul), Chris Eagleston (Matthew) and Craig Cornelius (Kate). He is also survived by 6 grandchildren, and 10 great-grandchildren.
