With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Dorotha Isabel Taplin of Agua Dulce, Texas, born in Okmulgee, Oklahoma, who passed away on March 18, 2024 at the age of 101. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Atwell Shelton and Della Shelton; her husband Bill Taplin; and her sister Geraldine Shelton Snowden. She is survived by: her daughters, Pam Cox, Debbie Chisler of Katy and Russell Taplin of Alice, Texas.. She is also survived by her children, her nine grandchildren and her eighteen great-grandchildren.
