He is survived by: his parents, Preston Atherton White, Jr. and Anna Louise White (Durham); his wife Nanette C. White; his children, Mike Boothe, Bruce White, Christin Nix (Ken) and Victoria White; and his siblings, Preston "Skip" White III (Kathleen), Michael White (Christine), Patricia White (Grady Parker) and Jill Carey (Mike).
