He was predeceased by: his parents, George Edward Carter, Sr. and Marie Manzo Carter. He is survived by: his siblings, John David Carter (Barbara) and Rochelle Marie Jackson; his nephews, Jerrod, Cody Carter and Gerrick Allen; and his niece Jonna Carter. He is also survived by numerous great-nephews, numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and a host of friends.
