He is survived by: his sisters, Carleen Pollok Pawelek and Barbara Pollok Palacios; and his nieces and nephews, Karen Pawelek Gawlik, Diane Pawelek Hancock, Brian "Bub" Pawelek, Linda Pawelek Olinick, Donna Pollok Titzman, Larry Pollok, Michael Pollok, Kayla Palacios and Sam Palacios.
