Monroe (Walker); his wife Barbara Sue Monroe (Powell); his children, Rebecca Jewel DeAtley (Dennis), Kenneth Don Monroe (Debbie Connell) and Jeffery Curtis Monroe; his daughter-in-law Kellie Wheiles (Robert); his grandchildren, Teresa Akkola, Jennifer Floyd, Candyce Garcia (Mauricio) and Russell Monroe; his great grandchildren, Aaron Akkola, Sydney Floyd, Brayden Monroe and Hadley Floyd; his mother-in-law Tennie Ireland; and his sisters-in-law, Sandra Dickinson and Jeanne Powell. He was also cherished by numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends.
