She was predeceased by: her parents, Emmett Bernard Evans and Bessie Capitola Evans (Felkins); her husband George Edward Thomas; her siblings, Bettie May Blaylock (Evans) and James B. Evans; and her great grandchild Ethan Thrasher.
She is survived by: her daughters, Renae Hall (Colin), Melisa Ellis (Larry) and Melinda Lyssy (Thomas); and her grandchildren, Amanda, Kyle, Rachel, Derek and Rebecca. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and other loving family and friends.
