He is survived by: his parents, Vicente Sr. Ortiz and Rosalba Ortiz (Deborah Ortiz-Morales); his son Vicente Ortiz III; his sister Brenda Gutierrez (Danny); and his nieces and nephews, Jaden, Jeshua, Jathan and Bella Rose Gutierrez.
