It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Vivian Bailey of Abilene, Texas, born in Hereford, Texas, who passed away on November 7, 2023, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward Rapstine and Mertie Rapstine (Lewis); her husband Riley Hershel Bailey; and her siblings, Edward Rapstine, Victor Rapstine, Gary Rapstine, Patricia Smith and Barbara Whitaker.
She is survived by: her children, Rusty Heine (Stacie) of Hawley, Dusty Heine (Cissy) of Forney, Tonia Bennett (Ross) of Spring and Melody Cusson (David) of Buffalo Gap; her sister Marilyn Heflin of Mesquite; her grandchildren, Jeremy Heine of Princeton, Zachary Heine (Sierra) of Abilene, Amanda Cusson (Garrett Howard), Brittany Cusson and Carleigh Cusson; and her great grandchild Wesley Heine.
