She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Selma Howard and Robert Howard (Shorty); her son Bryan Hunt (Tracie Hunt); her husband Billy Hagar; her daughters, Tammy Pace (Kenny Thomas), Tonya (Josh Parks) and Teresa (Kyle Hutchins); and her sister Faye (Curtis Hall). She was also cherished by ten grandchildren and ten great grandchildren as well as one great grandchild on the way, one niece and her children.

Memorials may be given to the American Heart Association.
