It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Sandra Sue Prew of Abilene, Texas, born in Wichita Falls, Texas, who passed away on January 3, 2024, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, W. H. Perry and Naomi Perry (Brown); her husband Gene Thomas Prew; her grandson Cody Pentecost; and her siblings-in-law, Pat, James, Robert Prew, Colleen, Brenda and Melba Prew.
She is survived by: her children, Raymond Prew (Cindy) of Austin, Wade Prew of Elgin, Doug Prew (Kelly) of Lexington, Michael Prew of Bastrop and Debbie Pentecost (Coy) of Abilene; her brother Shelbern Perry of Midland; her siblings-in-law, Donald Prew of Mertzon, Sissy Miller (Donald) of Clyde and Melinda Prew of Eula; her grandchildren, Jarren Prew, Morgan Meyers (Trevor), Mandie Fritsche (Andrew), Kassie Prew (Jeremias Delgado), Stephanie Prew (Wes Woods), Joshua Prew and Daniel Moore (Ashley); and her great grandchildren, Ryan, Hadley, Cami, Audrey, Casen, Paisley, Richard, Kaden, Emma, Charlotte and Carter Knox. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends.
