He was predeceased by: his parents, Martin Cisneros Sr. and Raquel Rodriguez Cisneros; his wife Cynthia McClure; his siblings, Martin Cisneros, Samuel Cisneros, Benjamin Cisneros, Robert Cisneros and Olga Cisneros Gutierrez; his nephews, Alejandro Cisneros, Michael Girtz and Robert Cisneros; and his great-niece Alyssa Resendez.
He is survived by: his daughter Genesis Cisneros Gonzales (Elias); his grandchildren, Cynthia Cisneros, Nathan Gonzales, Vivica Gonzales, Zechariah Cisneros and Benjamin Cisneros; his great grandchildren, Luis "Witcho" Rodriguez, Jr., Alana Diaz and Aaliyah Diaz; and his siblings, Daniel Cisneros (Irma) of San Angelo, Adam Cisneros (Juanita) of Abilene, Ricardo Cisneros of Abilene, Neftali Cisneros of San Antonio, Rene Cisneros of Abilene, Michael Cisneros of Dallas, Joe (Tamara) of Round Rock, Texas, Cecilia Cisneros of Abilene, Melinda Cisneros (Tommy) of Abilene and Jessica Williamson (Beau) of Michigan. He is also survived by uncles, aunts, cousins, nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.
