He was predeceased by: his parents, J. T. McMillon (Jake) and Euna McMillon (Sheppard); his son Joel Scott McMillon; and his nephew Loy Mark McMillon. He is survived by: his spouse Bobbye Powell; his children, Jeff (Kimberely) of Abilene and Holly (Clark Moore) of Tuscola; his grandchildren, Macy, Ellis, Cullen Loy McMillon, Jae Moore of Fort Worth and Jenna Moore; and his friend Donald McMillon (Jean) of Abilene. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and friends.

The family requests social distancing be practiced and masks worn during visitation and services.
