He was predeceased by: his former wife Karen Summers Blackwell; his wife Kimberly Blackwell; his mother Veronica Urey; and his brother Garry Blackwell. He is survived by: his daughter Summer Blackwell of Everett, Washington; his granddaughters, Devynn Sepulveda and Anna Crouse; his siblings, Ronnie Blackwell (Sheree), Harry Urey (Esmeralda), Roy Urey, Debbie Estrada, Donna Wirs and Tracey Urey; and his father Roy Urey, Sr..
