He is survived by: his wife Joyce Martin Osborne; his children, Bobby (Diana), Joe, Fred, DeLisa (Jerry) and Steve; his siblings, Georgia, Clarice, Nancy, Patti and Leonard; and his sister-in-law Malta. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren.
