He was predeceased by: his parents, George Lee Hallford and Annice Estell Hallford (Gressett); and his siblings, Edward Hallford, Modine Allen and Georgianna Stone.
He is survived by: his wife Gina Hallford; his children, Cliff Hallford (Dee) and Lisa Roy (Barry); his sister Edna Sowell (Waymon); and his grandchildren, Nick, Madison Roy, Katelyn, Makayla Hallford, Dara DeLeon and Kyndall Wise.
