She was predeceased by: her mother Bettye Jo (Horn); and her grandparents, Eugene, Vera Horn, Ed and Annie Carter.
She is survived by: her children, Michael Martin (Stephanie) of Pocomoke, MD and Melissa Milliorn (Richard) of Tuscola, TX; and her siblings, Mike Carter (Paula) of Abilene, TX and Gaye Reynolds (Rocky) of Canton, TX. She is also survived by six grandchildren; and eleven great-grandchildren.
A graveside service was held on Wednesday, November 13th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Elmwood Memorial Park (5750 US-277, Abilene, TX 79606). A memorial service was held on Wednesday, November 13th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Episcopal Church (602 Meander St, Abilene, TX 79602).
A graveside service will be held at Elmwood Memorial Park in the Garden of Peace on Wednesday, November 13, 2024, at 10:00 A.M., followed by a service at the Episcopal Church of the Heavenly Rest in Abilene, TX, at 11:00 A.M. To honor Rebecca, in lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Food Pantry Outreach at the Church of the Heavenly Rest, Episcopal in Abilene, TX, your local animal shelter, or charity of your choice.
