It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Patsy Thompson (Abilene, Texas), born in Noodle, Texas, who passed away on December 2, 2023, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Louise Herring and Bill Herring; and her siblings, Betty McBay, Erma Lewallen, Bessie Fortune, Rutha Miller, E. W. Herring and Jimmy Herring.
She is survived by: her husband Jason (Duke); her son Jeffrie Alan Thompson; her sister-in-law Betty Herring; her brother Rick; and her sister-in-law Marilyn Herring. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews and countless children who considered her a Grandma.
In lieu of flowers, a donation could be made to Samaritans Purse, St. Jude, or Fellowship of Jews and Christians.
