She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Marlin Mills and Ollie Birtie Mills (Flowers); her siblings, Odis Mills, Donna Beatrice Johnson, Valma Mills, Jonnie Mills, Woodrow Mills, Lorraine Wilson and Ruth Smart; her husband Willie Troy Webb; and her son-in-law Ben Sitz.
She is survived by: her children, Pansette Sitz, Troylene Stewart (John) and Bruce Webb (Elaine); her grandson Derek Webb (Kelsey); her great grandchild Phoebe; her granddaughters, Tasha Seng (Michael) and Brittany Elliott (Tim); her great grandchildren, Audrianna and Elise; her grandchild Calleen Deibert (Andrew); and her sons, Courtland and Cyhler.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, February 27th 2025 from 5:30 PM to 6:30 PM at the North's Funeral Home (242 Orange St, Abilene, TX 79604). A burial will be held on Friday, February 28th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the Elmwood Memorial Cemetery (5750 US-277, Abilene, TX 79606). A funeral service will be held on Friday, February 28th 2025 at the First Baptist Church.
