He was predeceased by: his father Flaviano Velasquez; and his stepson Chris Garcia. He is survived by: his mother Pascuala Hernandez; his father-in-law Ezequiel Hernandez; his sister-in-law Juanita Rodriguez; his wife Ricarda Vasquez; his stepchildren, April Salazar, Rafael Garcia and Johnny Garcia; his sister-in-law Adela Munoz; and his siblings, Florencia Velasquez Martha Velasquez, Alfreda Velasquez, Porfiria Velasquez, Aurelia Velasquez, Maria of Jesus Velasquez, Filemon Velasquez and Alejandro Velasquez. He is also survived by brother in law Felix Munoz Numerous Grandchildren and Great Grandchildren and nieces and nephews.
