He was predeceased by: his parents, Doyle Whitworth and Helen Whitworth; his siblings, Frances Cheek and N. A. Whitworth; and his grandson Tanner Whitworth.
He is survived by: his parent-in-law Jean Pirtle; his wife Jean; his children, Tamra Cotton (Mike), Van Whitworth (Marie) and Kim Stovall (Daniel); his grandchildren, Kara Cotton (Kyle), Jarrod Cotton, Bethany McGee (Brycen), Andrew Stovall (Hannah), Hannah Whitworth, Hailey Whitworth and Abby Stovall; his great grandchildren, Chloe, Brayden, Kaid, Christian, Harper, Carson and Madilynn; and his sisters-in-law, Kay Tollison (Danny) and Evonne Whitworth. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that memorial donations be made to Alpha Omega Hospice or Elmcrest Baptist Church in Norman's honor.
