She was predeceased by: her mother Mary Copeland; and her siblings, Tiny, Melba, Lois, Darlene, Rhonda, Bud, Brad, Glenn and Billy Joe.
She is survived by: her husband Ken Lewis; her daughter Tonya Kendrick; her grandsons, Larry and Kenneth Kendrick; her son Louis Krause; her grandsons, Justin, Clayton and Joshua Krause; her son Mitch Krause; her daughter-in-law Chris Krause; her grandsons, David and Adam Krause; her daughter Jeanine McNulty; her grandchildren, Sean, Patrick McNulty and Cristin McNulty; her siblings, Beth Franklin, Jerry Cavitt, Curtis Cavitt and Mary Jo Thomas; and her stepsister Ann Rosenberry. She is also survived by 7 great-grandchildren, numerous nieces and nephews.
