It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Nan McCarthy (Abilene, Texas), who passed away on July 8, 2023, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Buell Davidson and Chleo Davidson; her brothers, Standlee Davidson and Ben Davidson; and her nephews, David Davidson and Paul Davidson.

She is survived by: her husband John McCarthy; her sister Ava Davidson; her niece Caroline Patton (Andrea Dominguez); her sisters-in-law, Daphna Davidson and Grace Davidson; and her pets, Daisy Bell and Blue. She is also survived by numerous other nieces, nephews and cousins.
