It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mary Gunter of Abilene, Texas, born in Artesia, New Mexico, who passed away on September 16, 2024, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Mary Heffley and JC Heffley; her sister Betty Renner; her husband Tommy Gunter; and her daughter Robin Johnson.
She is survived by: her daughters, Shyla Kloss, Lianne Yount, Brandi Weathered and Jesse Knowles; and her grandchild Micah Gunter. She is also survived by several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
