She was predeceased by: her parents, Paulina Rodriguez and Cipriano Antonio Rincon; her siblings, Modesta Moreno, Maria, Merritt and Icidro Benjamin "Benny" Rincon; and her former husband Chano.
She is survived by: her children, John Arthur Rivera (Diana Cavazos Rivera), Rosemary Rivera (Allen Olson) and Paul Daniel Rivera; her grandchildren, Paulina Marie Caban (Sharad Kohli), Alisia Rose Caban (Tim Lewis) and Graciana Rivera Olson; and her great grandchildren, Roxi Jane Rivera Olson, Matiana Prem Kohli and Caridad Vani Kohli. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.
