It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Maria DePew of Abilene, Texas, who passed away on June 13, 2023, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Querica Cea and Primo Arisala Bisnar; and her husband Kenneth. She is survived by: her children, Eileen McCoy, Shirley Roland (Steven), Grace Russell (William), Roy DePew (Jennifer), Velvet Ogle (Susan), Kenneth DePew (Sandra) and Craig Chesser; her grandchildren, Sharon Swabb (Kyle), Leonidas William Swabb, Christopher Tillner (Megan), Corey Tillner (Savannah), Amber Roland (Haley), Autumn Roland (Chase), Caleb Studebaker (Sara), Katerina Cannon (Chandler), Natalia Thompson (Jack), Joseph Russell (Audrey), Jake DePew, Levi DePew (Dezera), Dylan DePew, Jarrod Chesser (Amanda), Dr. Brianna Chesser, Kenneth Riley DePew, Matthew Roberts (Taryn) and Heather Stover (Travis); her great grandchildren, Caleb Studebaker, Evan Studebaker, Isabel Studebaker, Jacob Russell, John Chesser, Colton Chesser, Madyx Chesser, Leighton Roberts, Lawsyn Roberts, Halston Stover and Hayes Stover; and her brother Primo Cea Bisnar. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and their children.
