We are sad to announce that on January 22, 2024 we had to say goodbye to Lois Brooks of Abilene, Texas, born in Leona, Texas. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was predeceased by: his wife Earlene Samuels-Harrell; his son Lester Roy Brooks; his parents, Cleave Brooks Sr. and Nannie Bell Norris-Brooks; his daughter-in-law Lucinda "Cindy" Brooks; and his grandchildren, Lisa Brooks, Kyomi Brooks, Austin Barnes, Cartier Barnes and Aujanae Barnes.

He is survived by: his children, Yvonne "Bunny" Brown, McDaniels, Hoyt "Chuck" Brooks, Mary Brooks, Lois Woods (Billy), Tonjua Brooks-Pryor and Kendrick Brooks (Desiree) of Abilene, TX.. He is also survived by 37 grandchildren, 101 great grandchildren, and 18 great-great grandchildren.
