He was predeceased by: his parents, Bill Mims, Sr. and Clarine Mims; and his siblings, Lana Chambers (Bill) and Bill Mims, Jr. (Deborah). He is survived by: his niece Michelle Mims; and his nephews, Bill Mims III, Brett Chambers and Marcus Chambers.
