He was predeceased by: his former wife Tommye Lou Wells; his mother Bessie Foreman; his children, Danny Wallace and Teresa Pinkston; and his brothers, Jack and L. D. Foreman.
He is survived by: his wife Claudia Fincel; his children, David Foreman (Delores) of Hawley, Deborah Kay Viso (Frank) of Denton and Pamela Lea Gilbreath of Tyler, Texas.; and his grandchildren, Tyler Joe Foreman (Samantha) of Abilene, Scott Wallace of Huntsville, Kyle Morris of Houston, Eric Vick, Ashley Johse, Amonda Vick-Kimmel, Brandi Morris and Amber Moyers.
