She was predeceased by: her parents, O. P. Emerson and Jewel Emerson; her husband Lt. Colonel Alton C. Williams; her sister Jacquelyn "Jackie" Barron; and her brother-in-law Dr. Stanton "Jake" Barron.
She is survived by: her children, David Williams, Greg Williams (Joan) and Julie Corder (Glenn); and her nieces, Virginia Nisbet, Joanne Newton (Rick), Beverly Barnes and Kathleen Hamilton (Brian).
A celebration of life was held on Saturday, December 14th 2024 at 3:00 PM at the First Baptist Church (1333 N 3rd St, Abilene, TX 79601).
In lieu of flowers the family requests donations be made in her honor to a charity of your choice, First Baptist Church, or the local Humane Society.
