She was predeceased by: her husband Buell Belcher; and her parents, William Barksdale and Ollie Sanders Barksdale. She is survived by: her daughters, Wanda Haley of San Antonio, Cindy Belcher (Steve Petito) of Littleton, CO and Jill George (Steve) of Albany, TX; and her grandchildren, Rachael Morales (Rueben), Amy Delgado (Mina), Katie Kilpatrick (Bo), Ben Wood (Erin), Brittney Keesee (Chad) and Tyler George (Samantha).
