He was predeceased by: his parents, Arnold Mawdsley and Jeannie Mawdsley (Gazzola); and his niece Claire Mawdsley. He is survived by: his wife Laura Lee Mawdsley of Abilene; his siblings, Chris Mawdsley (Paige) of Sommerset, Virginia, Laura Marie Mawdsley (Francine) of Palmer Lake and Molly Reynolds of Massachusetts; his nieces and nephews, Alex Mawdsley (Carolyn), Tyler Reynolds, Ella Felix and Pamela Hauer; and his aunt Opal Gazzola of Virginia.
A memorial service was held on Thursday, March 13th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Wylie Baptist Church (6097 Buffalo Gap Rd, Abilene, TX 79606).
