It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James Alton Jay (Abilene, Texas), born in Waco, Texas, who passed away on November 3, 2023, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his wife Mary Joyce Hulke; his daughter Josalin Lee Jay Reinitz of Lubbock, TX; and his parents, Alton Pruden and Magdeline Jay Pruden (Maggie). He is survived by: his children, John Alton of Avon, IN, James Paul (Shari) of Longview, TX, David Wayne (Denise) of Las Vegas, NV, Mary Dianne Jay Fossett of Paducah, KY and Christopher Michael (Traci) of Grapevine, TX.. He is also survived by 23 grandchildren, 49 great children, and 9 great-great grandchildren.
