He was predeceased by: his parents, Herman Goble and Thelma Goble (Connel); his son Jeffrey Allen Goble; and his brother Tom Goble. He is survived by: his wife Donna; his daughters, Amanda Monsey (Jason) and Jaclyn Jones (David); his grandchildren, Christina Parra (Ryan), Kade Allen Goble (Kaitlyn), Bryson Monsey and Aubreigh Monsey; his sisters, Linnie Branton, Joy Norris and Chiggy Cato; and his great grandchildren, Wyatt Allen and Wrenleigh Goble.
Visitation was held on Sunday, December 29th 2024 from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Elmwood Funeral Home Chapel (5750 US-277, Abilene, TX 79606). A funeral service was held on Monday, December 30th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Hillcrest Church of Christ (650 E Ambler Ave, Abilene, TX 79601).
He was a devoted father, grandfather, and friend, and his contributions to his country and community will not be forgotten.
